Methods
  • 1. First boil the potatoes and green peas in pressure cooker in high flame in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • 2. Then, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, urad Dal, Chana Dal, garlic cloves, cinnamon, cloves, Marathi Mokku and Hing, dry roast it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool it. Take it in jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready.
  • 3. Then clean the mint leaves, coriander leaves, take it in a jar, grind it becomes paste. Mint coriander paste ready. Keep aside.
  • 4. Then take the boiled potatoes and green peas, mash it totally, then add masala powder, mint coriander paste, tamarind juice, turmeric, salt, cook it well 10 mins in medium flame. It becomes thickness.
  • 5. Finally tempering with oil, mustard seeds, mix it well. Serve it with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sev and lemon juice. So healthy, tasty and soft. Enjoy.
