Ingredients For Power House Black Chickpeas Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the chick peas with enough water for 5-6 whistles or till the chickpeas softened.
  • 2. Take mixer grinder add onion, tomato and green chilli. Grind it well.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon stick. Saute for few seconds.
  • 4. Add ground masala and ginger garlic paste. Roast it on low heat for 7-8 minutes until oil starts releasing from masala.
  • 5. Add all the dry masala . Stir it continuously. Add kasuri methi, milk it well.
  • 6. Add boiled chickpeas along with water. Mix it well.
  • 7. Simmer it for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  • 8. Mix coriander leaves. Serve it with Rice and salad. Enjoy.
