  • 1. First wash the butterfly pea flowers. Put the flowers in boiling water and after the colour of the water changes drain the flowers. In this naturally colored blue water cook the rice and you will get blue coloured rice with the goodness of butterfly pea flower. So the blue rice is ready.
  • 2. To make the rice of various colors, Cook one cup of rice properly. Add salt according to your taste.
  • 3. First soak the Saffron for 10 to 15 minutes in warm water. Take a quarter of the rice and mix it well with saffron water. Saffron coloured rice is ready.
  • 4. For making beetroot rice make beetroot powder at home. First grate the beetroot and sun dry it for 3 to 4 days. Then make it in powder form by dry grinding. beetroot food powder is ready. Alternatively, We can also use boiled beetroot paste instead of beetroot powder. Take a quarter of rice and add beetroot powder to it and mix it well Red colored rice is ready
  • 5. First blench the spinach and make a paste by using minimum water. Take a quarter of rice mix the Green paste with it. If the spinach puree is not thick enough then boil it until it is thick and then mix it with rice. The green coloured rice is also ready.
  • 6. Leave the left out quarter of rice plain. Now the 5 colored rice are ready.
  • 7. Add ghee to kadai and fry the peanut and take out. Now add jeera, hing, red chilli and bey leaf and temper it. Now add Mutter and carrot. saute 4 minute and then add boiled sweet corn and Capsicum. Again saute 3 to 4 minute. Now add salt and biryani masala and mix well. Now colorful crunchy vegetables are ready.
  • 8. Cut the onion in small pieces and let it try for sometime on a butter paper. When the onion is dry enough,fry the onion Brown. This will provide crunchiness. Mix the colourful rice.
  • 9. Assemble the Mix colorful Rice with the mix vegetables. Sprinkle brown crunchy onions. Rainbow
  • 10. The rainbow rice is ready to serve. serve the tempting rice with fried papad for unique taste.
