Methods
  • 1. Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker and mash them in a bowl.
  • 2. Add all the dry spice in it and mix well.
  • 3. Add flour in a large bowl and water according to the climate conditions.
  • 4. Add 3-4 tbsp of oil inn the dough and knead it well.
  • 5. Divide the dough in small balls and roll each on a flat surface to form a circular discs.
  • 6. Cut the circular discs in semi circle and apply water at the edges.
  • 7. Lift it in your palm it will form a triangle then fill it with the potato stuffing.
  • 8. Deep fry it in the oil until it turns golden brown.
  • 9. Serve it with mint or tamarind chutney.
