  • 1. Firstly make green chutney in mixture with coriander leaves,green chillies,jeera powder,salt to taste,lemon juice,gathiya,ginger ,grind it ,water as needed,green chutney is ready
  • 2. Secondly make sweet tamarind chutney by pressure cooking dates,jaggery and Imli ,then grind it by adding red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt to taste ,seive it ,tamarind chutney is ready
  • 3. Now make garlic paste by grinding garlic cloves ,red chilli powder,salt to taste,jeera powder ,garlic paste is ready ,then add water to it make thin paste of it
  • 4. Now start assembling
  • 5. Arrange puris in serving plate ,then on it assemble chopped boiled potatoes
  • 6. Then assemble chopped tomotoes on itAssemble chopped raw mangoes on all puris
  • 7. Then assemble chopped onions on itSprinkle chaat masala
  • 8. Then drizzle garlic red paste on every puri
  • 9. Sprinkle Black salt on all puris
  • 10. Then sprinkle green chutneys on all puris
  • 11. Then sprinkle jeera powder on all puris
  • 12. Then drizzle sweet tamarind chutney on all purisThen sprinkle red chilli powder on all puris
  • 13. Then assemble sev on all puris
  • 14. Then sprinkle chopped coriander on all puris
  • 15. Lastly squeeze lemon juice on all puris
  • 16. Serve it
