Ingredients For SOYA FRIED RICE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil soya with salt and three cup of water for five minutes and strain it. Marinate soya with red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks and remove it. Take one cup rice and two cup water in a pan and once boiled keep it in a low flame and cover it after ten minutes rice is fully done and turn off the flame.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic and whole onion and saute for one minutes.
  • 4. Add all the veggies and saute for two to three minutes. in a high flame Add boiled rice,salt and black pepper and toss it.
  • 5. Add soya sauce,shezwan sauce and hot and sweet red chilly sauce and mix well Serve hot with veg manchurian.
