Ingredients For Strawberry Parfait with White Chocolate Snow and Brandy Snaps Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For Parfait, whip cream cheese and whipping cream powder
  • 2. Then add in strawberry pulp, ricotta cheese and condensed milk into the mixture.
  • 3. Fold in with light hands.
  • 4. Then add in hot agar agar mixture(Made with 1/4 cup water and agar agar powder boiled).
  • 5. After that add in the cornflour and fold.
  • 6. Set this mixture into greased mini donut moulds in fridge for 2 hours.
  • 7. Strawberry parfait is ready!
  • 8. For chocolate snow-add in sugar and water into a pan to make a thick syrup.
  • 9. Switch of the flame and add in white chocolate chunks.Instantly,they turn into snow like particles.Beautiful!
  • 10. White chocolate snow is ready!
  • 11. For white chocolate truffles-mix in fresh cream,white chocolate,condensed milk and butter.
  • 12. Heat the mixture on slow heat till it forms a ball.
  • 13. Cool it down and make smooth truffles.Garnish with silver balls.
  • 14. White Chocolate truffles are ready!!
  • 15. For brandy snaps-mix in honey, demerara sugar and butter and heat it till all the contents are uniformly mixed.
  • 16. Cool the mixture a little bit and then add in sifted flour,grated ginger,lemon zest and lemon juice.
  • 17. Now pour this into a small swirls and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 18. Brandy snaps are ready!
  • 19. Take some strawberry crush and add hot water to it(35 gm) to make it into a sauce like consistency.Fill it in between the parfait.
  • 20. Serve the most intricate and tasty dessert with all the elements and some mint leaves and dried strawberrys.
