Methods
  • 1. Marinate paneer cubes with fresh curd, red chilly powder and salt. Take a blender add butter, cream, green chilly, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cloves, garlic cloves, ginger and sugar and blend it. to make paste.
  • 2. Heat clarified butter in tawa ,add carom seeds to crackle. Add onion and saute until dark brown.
  • 3. Add spices mixture, salt, garam masala powder and mix well now add tomato pieces and mix well. Add chopped capsicum and cook for few mins.
  • 4. Now add marinated paneer cubes and cook for five mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
