Ingredients For Tawa Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take a bowl, add curd and other spices, salt to taste, 1 tbsp mustard oil,lemon juice and make a thick paste.Now add the paneer cubes and marinate them for 10 mins.
  • 2. Now take a tawa and heat up some mustard oil now add the marinated paneers and fry until golden brown, keep them aside.
  • 3. Then add sliced ginger and green chillies, saute well then add capsicum and tomato, saute them for a while.
  • 4. Now add the spices,salt,sugar and saute all the spices well.
  • 5. Then add the fried paneers and lemon juice and mix well.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
