Ingredients For Thandai shrikhand cheesecake recipe

Methods
  • 1. Let's make thandai masala, for that grind listed ingredients in blender and make coarse powder, keep aside
  • 2. Now take hung curd mix sugar till combined, add 1tsp thandai masala, mix and keep aside
  • 3. Now for bottom cheesecake layer, grind digestive biscuits, when turn powder form add melted butter and mix well to make crumbled.
  • 4. Take tin, grease with butter,add crumbled biscuits and arrange evenly on tin. Let it freeze for15 minutes.
  • 5. Now take out from freezer and pour thandai shrikhand on biscuit layer evenly and freeze for20- 25 minutes.
  • 6. Now heat a pan add agar agar powder and mix till dissolves, add 1/4tsp thandai masala, mix it.
  • 7. Now take out tin from freezer, pour prepared mixture over shrikhand layer at top, let it cool and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • 8. Now takeout tin from freezer and unmold it, garnish with few chopped nuts and serve chilled.
