1.
Take a bowl add flour 1/4 spoon salt ,ajwain and 1 spoon ghee mix it well

Now add water and knead dough not so hard nor soft.keep side

Take 1 kadai add 2 spoon ghee add cumin seeds and chopped onion mix it well fry till get golden
4.
Add chopped cabbage and fry it on low flame for 2-3 min by covering it
5.
Add mashed potatoes and mix it well.add turmuric powder, chilli powder,coriender powder,garam masala powder and salt mix it well
6.
After 2-3 min add coriender leaves and mix it well.now let get cool
7.
Take a dough divide into small small balls take 1 ball spread some flour on board flaten it for 2 cm keep 1-2 spoon mixture in center seal it and make ball of it
8.
Flatten it for 3cm make 4-5 at time now keep tawa on medium flame and kee 4-5 paratha at time and bake it till get golden by applying ghee
9.
Make all parathas like this while serving add greated cheese on it
