Ingredients For Wheat flour Cheesiano Parathazza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour, Refined wheat flour, oil and salt. Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
  • 2. Now add water as required and knead dough.knead smooth and soft dough. Grease the dough with oil to prevent from drying. Cover with moist cloth and rest for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Prepare the stuffing by mixing onion, paneer, green chilli, corn, coriander leaves, asafoetida,Red chilli powder, oregano, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt to taste and cheese.
  • 4. Now once the dough has rested, pinch a ball sized dough and flatten and roll it in a circle.
  • 5. Place stuffing in the centre.Take the edge and start pleating bringing to centre.Also join the pleats together and secure tight.
  • 6. Sprinkle some flour and roll slightly thick.place the paratha on a hot tawa and cook for a minute.
  • 7. When the base is partly cooked (after a minute), flip the pizza parathaalso brush oil and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
  • 8. Serve hot Wheat flour Cheesiano Parathazza with green coriander chutney/tomato ketchup. Enjoy!!
