1.
Dry roast the cumin seeds,fennel seeds,mustard seeds,onion seeds,fenugreek seeds,coriander powder,hing and whole red chilly. Once cooled,to make a powder.

Wash and cut the potato and parwal Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add 1/2 tsp onion seeds and onion and fry until dark brown.

Add potato and parwal and saute for 4 - 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder,amchur powder and tomato and mix well.

Add dry roasted powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well. Cover the lid in a high flame.
5.
After two whistle turn off the flame. Once cooled,add salt and saute for 4 - 5 minutes in simmer.
