Ingredients For Bajra Methi Thepla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add multigrain flour. Add Dahi, jaggery, red chilli powder, haldi, Ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, garam masala,hing and mix it.
  • 2. Then add Methi leaves and coriander leaves, mashed banana, salt and white sesame seeds,oil,water. Make a smooth dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for half hour.
  • 4. Then make medium size balls.
  • 5. And make thepla medium size.
  • 6. And saute in tava.
  • 7. One side thepla looks brown pour ghee and turn off other side and pour ghee.
  • 8. Thepla is proper saute then remove on gas.one by one all thepla saute with same process.
  • 9. And prepared all theplas.. serve hot with pickcle and dahi.
