Ingredients For Chandi ke moong dal

Methods
  • 1. Boil the dal along with butter, grated ginger, red pepper and salt. Knead a dough with Maida ,khoya and nut powder to make small balls out of the dough. Make small balls with dough.
  • 2. Then fry it at low flame. Cover the balls with silver warak immediately and keep aside.
  • 3. To the boiled dal ,add fried onions,elaichi and cinnamon powder and cook for 5 minutes. Add cream & lemon juice in it. Serve dal with silver virk wrapped khoya balls .
