1.
In a pan, add water let it boil,,add spinch leaves for2 minutes than remove it and keep in cold water for 2 minutes, then blend to form pureed.

In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour and palak paste,s alt and knead asoft dough, cover and keep aside.

Soak chikpeas for 6 to7 hour and drain it, boil in apressure cooker till soften, add salt while boiling. Discard water
4.
In a blender, add all listed ingredients and blend to make paste, add oats and salt ,make roll like kebabs.
5.
Now take tava apply very less oil roast kebabs and frankies, apply green chutney, arrange vegetables,chhole kebab ,some boiled chhole,sprinkle some chaat masala and roll with foil, serve with dahi and some salad.
