In Ramadan I am trying lots of new dishes and tasty food As u all are known biryani is most popular dish.no one can stop their hunger after seeing it.so here I have made biryani but just moderated it and it's become tastier." chicken pakoda dum biryani" do try this.

Ingredients For Chicken Pakoda Dum Biryani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take washed rice in bowl add water and keep it side.
  • 2. Take washed chicken in bowl add 2 spoon ginger garlic paste,salt,mint coriander paste,egg,1 spoon red chilli powder and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder,all purpose flour,cornflour,2 pinch food colour,mix it well.
  • 3. After mixing all the ingredient keep it refrigerator for 30 minutes to get marinate.
  • 4. After 30 minutes take out chicken. Keep kadai on medium flame.
  • 5. Add oil for deep frying. Fry all chicken pieces till gets golden.
  • 6. Now take pot in which you are going to make biryani add half chicken pakora in pot add curd,1 spoon red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,biryani masala,kitchen king masala,muttan masala,salt,tomato puree and half cup oil and ginger garlic paste.
  • 7. Mix it well and keep it in side.
  • 8. Now put another pot on high flame add water 4 cup water add salt and let it boil.
  • 9. When bubbles come out drain the water from rice and add rice in boiling water.
  • 10. Cook rice 80% and drain the water from it.
  • 11. Now preheat heavy tawa on high flame keep chicken mixture pot on it.
  • 12. Spread boilled rice on it. Keep remaining dry chicken pakora on it. Mix 2 pinch food colour.
  • 13. Spread ghee,mint and coriander leaves and cover it with heavy top. Keep flame on medium for 1st 5 minutes on medium flame rest 10 minutes on slow flame.
  • 14. Now take off for serving. Serve with salad.
