Ingredients For Daal Bukhara Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soaked both daal for an hour and cook it in a pressure cooker.
  • 2. Take a pan in that heat the ghee and add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  • 3. Then add tomato paste and cook until thickened then add salt and all spices.
  • 4. Then add cooked daal, butter and cream.
  • 5. Pour it in a bowl and garnish with cream and serve hot with chapati and rice.
