U can make it more spicy by addding extra chilli powder.if u are not in hurry so it will better to keep marinate for 2-3 hour.u can rest it without refrigerator as well it won't get affected on taste.if u don't want thick gravy so u can add more water while taking whistle.

Ingredients For Dahi Gosht Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl add washed mutton,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,1/2 spoon salt,cumin seeds powder and curd mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 2. After 30 minutes put pressure cooker on medium flame,add oil.
  • 3. Add tezpatta,cumin seeds,dalchini and dry chilli mix it. Now add chopped onion and fry it till gets golden.
  • 4. Now keep flame on low flame add marinated mutton mix it well.
  • 5. Cover pressure cooker with top and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  • 6. Stir it in between. Add garam masala ,meat masala and salt if needed mix it again cook it by covering for 8-10 minutes.
  • 7. Now add half glass of water and take 2 whistle on medium flame.
  • 8. After 2 whistle keep flame on slow and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • 9. Now take out from pressure cooker in serving bowl. Garnish with some onion and serve with chapati,paratha or jeera rice.
