Ingredients For Dahi Gosht Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl add washed mutton add all powdered masala,curd,ginger garlic paste and salt mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Keep pressure cooker on medium flame add half cup oil let it get warm.
  • 3. Add clove,dalchini,Black ilaychi,Black papper and chopped onion.mix it well.
  • 4. Fry it till get golden. Add chopped tomato and cook it by covering top for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Now add marinated mutton and mix it well. Add some salt as per taste.
  • 6. Cook it for next 5-7 minutes. Now add 1/2 cup water and cover it with cooker top.
  • 7. Take 1 whistle on medium flame and 1 on slow flame. Cook it for another 2 minutes.
  • 8. Now get off from flame serve with onion and have it with paratha or jeera rice.
