Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,semolina,baking powder,salt, and clarified butter and mix well. Make a stiff dough with the help of water.
  • 2. The texture should be crumbly keep aside for 30 minutes. Take a large bowl add above listed stuffing ingredients and mix well.
  • 3. Now stuffing is ready. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • 4. Stuff the filling in the dough. Wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
  • 5. Heat the appe patra and grease with clarified butter add the bati and cover it and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Flip it and grease some clarified butter and cover the lid and cook 4 - 5 minutes on slow flame.
  • 6. Again flip it a and grease some clarified butter and cook for 4 - 5 minutes, turn off the flame dip in the clarified butter and serve hot. with dal.
