Ghee roast paneer stuffed rava dosa with spicy ghee roast aloo Recipe

I am a big fan of south Indian food.. so when I was supposed to try this product. I thought let's cook dosa with this.. so I made a full meal platter with this one pouch. Rava dosa stuffed with ghee roasted paneer served with a side dish of spicy aloo ghee roast. Check out this recipe and show some love if you like!

Recipe Notes

If you eat less spicy, then you have to make sure that you add the gravy accordingly. No need to add any red chilli powder or spices.

Methods
  • 1. 1. Firstly make a watery consistency batter using rava, rice flour, crushed fenugreek seeds, chopped coriander, curry leaves, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder and water.
  • 2. 2. Keep it aside for 20 minutes
  • 3. 3. For ghee roast aloo, take 6 boiled potatoes. Cut in cubes.
  • 4. 4. Take a pan, add oil and now add more than half of the mangalorean ghee roast.
  • 5. 5. Add boiled potatoes, salt to taste and 2tbsp curd. Saute well.
  • 6. 6. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. You ghee roasted aloo are ready.
  • 7. 7. Now take a non stick tawa.. apply oil with a brush and pour the watery consistency batter.
  • 8. 8. Sprinkle some oil on top of it.. and let it cook on medium flame.
  • 9. 9. Once it looks golden and crisp. Apply one teaspoon ghee roast on the dosa. Spread it all over.
  • 10. 10. Now add grated cheese and chopped onions. Mix it all nicely. And then fold it.
  • 11. 11. Your paneer stuffed rava dosa is ready to be served with ghee roasted aloo.
