Here I have not add any sugar in mava as gulabjamoon is already sweeten plus added syrups are also litter sweet.

Ingredients For Gulabjamoon mava tart Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl add khoya, mava and baking powder, mix and knead medium dough. Let it cover for10 minutes.
  • 2. Meanwhile prepare chashni using sugar and water. Cook till mixes well and cook more 3 4 minutes and switch off the flame.
  • 3. Now take small portion from dough and roll small Ball and make all gulabjamoon like this.
  • 4. Heat ghee and fry gulabjamoon you done at very low flame. Pour immediately in warm syrup.
  • 5. For mava tart, add milk and milk powder in pan and cook till it's leaves its sides. Let it cool.
  • 6. Divide in three parts, in one part add chocolate syrup and mix well.in second part mango essence and yellow food colour and mix well.in third part add rose syrup and mix well.
  • 7. Now take greased liner arrange prepared khoya in it very firmly and freeze for10-12 minutes.
  • 8. Later remove from liner and put gulabjamoon on top. Serve a very new and unique dessert.
