Methods
  • 1. First of all mix rice flour in jowar flour.
  • 2. Now mix all the vegetables and spices well in it.
  • 3. Now add buttermilk to it and mix it and add water as per requirement. The batter should neither be too thin nor too thick.
  • 4. Now keep it covered for 15-20 minutes.
  • 5. If the batter has become thick, then correct it by adding a little water. Now add eno to the solution.
  • 6. Now heat the pan. Grease it with oil.
  • 7. Now spread it on small cake pans with the help of a ladle and pour oil and fry it well from both the sides. Serve pancakes hot. ...Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg.....
