Ingredients For Kadhai Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast red chillies, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cloves and cardamom and grind them to make kadhai masala.
  • 2. Melt butter with oil in a large kadhai. Add the chopped onion and saute.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and green chili. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  • 4. Now add kadhai masala prepared earlier. Also add Kashmiri red chili powder and garam masala.
  • 5. Mix well and then add water.
  • 6. Add salt, sugar and fresh cream. Stir well
  • 7. Then add capsicum and paneer pieces. Cover the kadhai and cook for few minutes until softened.
  • 8. Add crushed Kasuri methi. Serve kadhai Paneer with naan or parathas.
