Ingredients For Kiwi Coriander Chutney with Hawaiin Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making chutney: take kiwi and remove skin of it and roughly chop in a bowl.
  • 2. Now add coriander,mint in that bowl. Now transfer this into a mixie jar.add chilli, salt,little lemon juice and churn. Make fine paste. Now chutney is ready.
  • 3. For making Sandwich: Take a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, cheese spread, kiwi chutney, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, Italian seasoning and mix it well.
  • 4. For making sandwich take bread slices and cut the edges. Now apply butter and then apply kiwi chutney.
  • 5. Now put spoon full of veggie mixture and spread over bread. Now put another slice on it.
  • 6. For making face on sandwich. Now apply grated carrot for hair, black grapes for eyes and half carrot chip for mouth and serve this sandwich.
