Ingredients For Lilva Kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take wheat flour, maida, salt and 5 spoon oil in mixing bowl. Mix well. Add water and knead medium soft dough. Cover it and keep aside.
  • 2. Take lilva, green peas and peanuts in mixture jar. Crush it coarsely.
  • 3. Heat 1 spoon oil in wok. Add cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies paste. Saute well.
  • 4. Now add crushed mixture and coconut flakes. Add salt.
  • 5. Now add cooking soda and stir it. Cover it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Now add garam masala, and sugar. Mix well and let it cool. Now add lemon juice mix properly.
  • 7. Take small ball from dough and flaten it. Keep 1 spoon of stuffing.
  • 8. Cover it and make ball.
  • 9. Now deep fry in hot oil on law flame.
  • 10. Our kachodi is ready to serve.
