I have made this Lobia bean masala curry with plain rice. Lobia bean is very healthy. That's why I have also used in making a chapati roll so kids can eat it with interest.

Ingredients For Lobiya Bean Masala curry with rice & Roll

Methods
  • 1. First of all, cook plain rice.
  • 2. Then add ghee to wheat flour and knead it using lukewarm water. Now roll them into thin chapatis.
  • 3. Now put Lobia beans in the water for 1 hour for soaking. Now boil Lobia in cooker after adding water and salt for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Put oil in a pan and add cinnamon, clove and cardamom into it. When they get golden in color, then add ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices and fry them.
  • 5. Now add chopped tomato and salt in the fried mixture, and fry them together till the spices leave oil.
  • 6. Add boiled Lobia to it and add curd. Now mix them well and add water as per requirement, then cook it.
  • 7. At last add cream in Lobia curry and cook it again at low flame for 3 minutes.
  • 8. Serve some of Lobia bean masala curry with rice, and the rest as a chapati roll.
