Ingredients For Methi Matar Malai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  • 2. Once hot, add ginger garlic chili paste. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  • 3. Now add finely chopped onions. Sauté till it turns translucent. Make sure colour should not get changed.
  • 4. Add one spoon of maida, methi leaves, salt and sugar. Cook for two minutes .
  • 5. Now add milk and bring it to boil.
  • 6. Add the green peas and cream. Mix well.
  • 7. Now simmer methi matar malai gravy for another 4-5 minutes on a low flame.
  • 8. Then add kasuri methi and garam masala. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 9. After thorough cooking, transfer the prepared dish in a serving bowl & serve hot.
