Ingredients For Methi Muthiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the flours in a bowl, pour oil, crumble it, wash methi leaves, put aside for dry.
  • 2. Now add green chillies ginger paste, garlic paste, green garlic, jaggery, buttermilk, salt, garam masala, turmeric, Red chili powder, cumin coriander powder, carom seeds,mix it well.....
  • 3. Then add methi, combine well, take steamer, boil water, make small size ball, make roll, place muthiya on steamer plate,
  • 4. Boil for 5 minutes on high flame and 15 minutes on medium flame, after 20 minutes check it, remove steamer plate and cool it down....
  • 5. Cut muthiya in small round shape, Heat oil fot tempering, puu mustard seeds, dry red chilli, hing, curry leaves, sesame seeds...
  • 6. Add muthiya, saute for 2 minutesSprinkle green coriander, serve hot methi muthiya with madala tea, every one will like it, in a dinner time or Morning breakfast....
