Ingredients For Mix Grain Tahari Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take pressure cooker add soaked mat bean and soaked mutter take 1-2 whistle on medium flame adding 1/2 cup water and keep side.
  • 2. Take pressure cooker add ghee and let it get warm. Now add cumin seeds,clove,Black papper,dalchini,elaychi and mix it well. Now add chopped onion and fry it till get golden. Now add curry leaves and mix it well.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato cook it till tomato gets cooked nicely. Now add green chilli.
  • 4. Mix all the spices well now add curd and mix it. Add turmeric powder and garam masala salt and mix it.
  • 5. Now add boilled mat and mattar beans and washed rice mix it well.
  • 6. Add approx 1 glass water add coriander leaves and cover the lid take 1 whistle on medium flame and 1 on low flame.
  • 7. Serve with salad or onion and lemon.
