Ingredients For Oats dahi bhalla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak urad dal overnight.
  • 2. Roast oats and make grind it into powder.
  • 3. Grind soaked urad dal. Keep it aside for 2 hrs.
  • 4. In a mixing bowl transfer oats and dal. Add salt a littke.
  • 5. Whisk the batter rigorously. Add eno. And mix . Don’t overmix.
  • 6. Grease appe pan. Fill the cavities of the pan and cook appe from both the sides till slight brown.
  • 7. Dip all the appes in water for 20 minutes. Squeeze them.
  • 8. In a bowl whisk curd. Add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, black salt powder and sugar.
  • 9. In a serving bowl or plate, place bhallas . Pour curd.
  • 10. Garnish with tamarind chutney, coriander leaves, green chutneyand red chilli powder.
