Ingredients For Oats healthy tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook potato on three whistles and later on grate it
  • 2. Then dry roast oats in pan
  • 3. Now in another pan take ghee add garlic ginger green chillies paste saute it
  • 4. Add onion to it saute it
  • 5. To that add grated carrot saute it for 5 minutes,add salt to taste
  • 6. Add turmeric,,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala to it mix well
  • 7. Add grated potatoes and oats to this ,with kasuri methi ,mix well
  • 8. Mix till the mixture gets dry enough in pan
  • 9. Now switch off the flame let this tikki mixture come to room temperature
  • 10. Now make tikkis out of this mixture and shallow fry it in ghee from both sides till golden brown
  • 11. Serve it with chutney ,sauce ,sweet curd
