Ingredients For Palak Paneer Corn Kofta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl, in it put boiled spinach( palak), mashed paneer, crushed sweet corn kernels.
  • 2. Mashed it properly, add corn flour, halt teaspoon of turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala n salt to taste.
  • 3. Add chopped green chilli, mix it well n make dumplings or kofta.
  • 4. Roll this in a corn flour n deep fry this.
  • 5. For gravy, take 3 tablespoon of oil in a kadai, add hing, ginger n green chilli paste.
  • 6. Saute for a while, now take curd add garam masala, chat masala, turmeric n kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • 7. Mix it well n now add tomato puree into the kadai, add the curd n spices. Then add cashew paste, mix it well.
  • 8. Add salt to taste n cook for while, now add water n boil it
  • 9. Once gravy is done, add over the kofta n garnish with coriander leaves.
