Ingredients For Paneer frankie / paneer kaathi rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. firstly, in a kadai heat butter and roast cubed paneer until paneer turns golden brown. keep aside.
  • 2. now add oil and saute onion, ginger garlic paste saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • 3. Now add turmeric,chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
  • 4. saute on low flame until spices turn aromatic.
  • 5. now add tomato pulp and saute well. to prepare tomato pulp, blend 3 tomato to a smooth paste.
  • 6. saute until the oil separates from tomato paste add water, salt and mix well
  • 7. add roasted paneer, capsicum and mix well cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
  • 8. now add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. paneer stuffing ready
  • 9. firstly, take wrap or chapati add 1 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and 1 tsp chilli sauce. mix and spread uniformly.
  • 10. now add in 2 tbsp prepared paneer stuffing and spread slightly
  • 11. top with 1 tbsp carrot and few onions sprinkle frankie masala and squeeze 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • 12. Now grate 2 tbsp cheddar cheese uniformly now roll tight without allowing the stuffing to come out.
  • 13. tuck the ends make it well securedfinally, cut into halves (optional) enjoy paneer frankie.
