1.
In a pan, boil water, to the boiling water add oil 3 tbsp ,salt to taste, then add spaghetti and cook spaghetti to 70 %,drain the water, immediately and pour cool water on spaghetti and leave spaghetti in strainer for 1 or 2 hrs,apply oil and coat spaghetti with oil ,and sprinkle black pepper powder

Now add milk and continue stir it with whisk to make lump free white sauce, make thin white sauce, on low flame,

Add salt to taste,

Now add tandoori spice mix powder to this white sauce,

Then add boiled spaghetti switch off the flame,

Mix all well ,add cream ,grated cheese, chopped mint leaves and chopped coriander leaves to this,

Now switch on the flame cook spaghetti till cheese melts around 2 minutes,

Now switch off the flame and place live charcoal to this spaghetti and cover the pan for 5 minutes,
12.
Now use a barbecue fork and make a nest out of this spaghetti while serving it in dish , serve spaghetti in nest form and garnish it with fried garlic chopped cloves and mint leaves.
