Its a my favourite side dish or you can say it as a main course also.I love to eat this Potato Fry with Puris or Parathas. I also add Kasuri methi in this recipe to enhance this recipe and I love the taste of kasuri methi too.

Ingredients For Pavbhaji Masala Potato Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add hing and cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  • 3. Now add chopped onion-tomato and salt snd saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Now add all the spices, chopped potato and little bit water, mix nicely and cook it for 3-4 minutes by covering the lid on low flame.
  • 5. Finally add kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves and cook it until it releases oil and all the spices blend in it.
  • 6. Pav Bhaji Masala Potato Fry is ready to serve.You can serve it with Puris or Parathas.
