1.
In a mixing bowl take soaked & dried poha, mashed boiled potato, fried crispy onion (birista), salt, 1tspn turmeric ,red chilli powder,chopped green chilli, peanuts & coriander leaves. Make small balls from the mixture.

Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the koftas.

In another pan heat butter & add dry red chilli , cumin seeds. Let it crackle & then add chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste,tomato, cashew nuts, melon seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder. Cook it till soft.

Make a smooth paste of this mixture.

Heat kadhai & add the pureed mixture. Cook it for 7 to 8 minutes. Add little water.
6.
After that add koftas. Mix it with gravy. Add crushed kasuri mothi & fresh cream.
