Methods
  • 1. Take the poha in a sieve and wash it with water. Mix 3 teaspoons of sugar and salt, black salt in the soaked poha and keep it for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin, green chili, fennel, mustard, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry the masala in the oil. Mix and fry the peas.
  • 3. Add poha to the spices and mix, and add finely chopped green coriander.
  • 4. Hot delicious Poha is ready. Serve the poha on a plate. Garnish with lemon by adding green coriander and gram flour sev.
