How to make Poori of Jowar Aata and Veggie of Peas and Cheese Recipe

First of all, add wheat flour, rice flour, salt and hing in the jowar flour and mix it well. Now add 1 tbsp oil to it and mix.

Now add water as required and make a soft dough. The more elasticity you put in it, the better it will become. And keep it covered for 10-15 minutes.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now break small balls of the dough and roll it into a poori. And take it down. Serve hot - hot.

First wash the paneer and cut it into square shape. Wash the peas well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it and fry the paneer on low and medium flame.

Now wash and cut tomatoes, green chillies and ginger and grind them in a mixer.
6.
Now put oil in the cooker and heat it. Add cream and fry it. Add cumin and hing and fry it. Now add all the other spices and fry it well.
7.
Now add cottage cheese and peas and mix well. Now add some water and mix it.
8.
Now close the cooker and make 1 whistle. And cook it on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
9.
Serve hot jowar flour poori and matar paneer sabzi with green coriander. ...Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg..
