Add cumin seeds,hing,bayleaf and green chilli and let them crackle.

Now add cauliflower florets and saute it for 2 minutes with occassionally stir.

After that add chopped potato,chopped onion and salt, mix nicely and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame by covering the lid.

Now add all spices,ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and 1/4 cup water and mix nicely and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame with occasionally stir.

Finally add water as required and cook it for more 2 minutes.
7.
Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
8.
Potato Cauliflower Curry is ready to serve.
9.
You can serve it with chapatis,puris,parathas or rice.
