Ingredients For Potato Cauliflower Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds,hing,bayleaf and green chilli and let them crackle.
  • 3. Now add cauliflower florets and saute it for 2 minutes with occassionally stir.
  • 4. After that add chopped potato,chopped onion and salt, mix nicely and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame by covering the lid.
  • 5. Now add all spices,ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and 1/4 cup water and mix nicely and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame with occasionally stir.
  • 6. Finally add water as required and cook it for more 2 minutes.
  • 7. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • 8. Potato Cauliflower Curry is ready to serve.
  • 9. You can serve it with chapatis,puris,parathas or rice.
