1.
Rinse the prawns and marinate them with crushed white pepper powder and salt, rest it for 5mins.

Slice the onions, boil them with a pinch of salt, drain the excess water and grind it in a mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.

In a nonstick pan, heat up butter and refined oil, and fry the tiger prawns till golden brown.

Add the some more butter and refined oil, and then add a cinnamon stick, black cardamom and sugar, temper it and further add ginger garlic paste and boiled onion paste, and sauté it well on a medium-low flame.

Add coriander powder, crushed white pepper, a pinch of salt and sugar and cook everything well for 5mins on a low-medium flame

Mix some water with half of the coconut milk, add it to the mix in the nonstick pan and add some grated mawa. Again cook for 5mins.

Now, add the fried prawnd and cook for 2mins and add the remaining coconut milk and butter to it. Cook for 3 more mins.
8.
Turn off the flame and add sahi garam masala powder and roasted jawitri powder.
9.
Prawn Mawa Malai is ready!

In a small pan, add 1tsp refined oil, heat it and the turn off the flame.Then add the Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Thus, chilli oil is ready

Now drizzle the chilli oil over the Prawn Mawa Malai, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
