Ingredients For Sindhi Vada Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak urad dal & Quaker oats overnight. Next day wash it nicely, then grind into smooth paste, while grinding add ginger chilli paste and then grind into smooth paste
  • 2. Then remove it in a bowl, the mixture, then add jeera, coriander leaves, black peppercorns, and mix well. Then add rice flour, semolina, salt and mix well.
  • 3. Then take the mixture and spread it on the hot oil an deep fry it and keep aside.
  • 4. Then in the cooker , add oil , fry jeera, curry leaves, hing, when it starts to crackle add the bengal gram flour and keep stirring till light pink.
  • 5. Then add the grated tomatoes, keep stirring till it oil comes out , then add red chilli powder, dhanya powder, sambar powder, amchur powder & the tangy tomato flavour and mix well till oil comes out.
  • 6. Then add water and pressure cook the tomatoes for 3 whistles. Then add the deep fried vadas & serve with roti.
