Soak urad dal & Quaker oats overnight. Next day wash it nicely, then grind into smooth paste, while grinding add ginger chilli paste and then grind into smooth paste
Then remove it in a bowl, the mixture, then add jeera, coriander leaves, black peppercorns, and mix well. Then add rice flour, semolina, salt and mix well.
Then take the mixture and spread it on the hot oil an deep fry it and keep aside.
Then in the cooker , add oil , fry jeera, curry leaves, hing, when it starts to crackle add the bengal gram flour and keep stirring till light pink.
Then add the grated tomatoes, keep stirring till it oil comes out , then add red chilli powder, dhanya powder, sambar powder, amchur powder & the tangy tomato flavour and mix well till oil comes out.
Then add water and pressure cook the tomatoes for 3 whistles. Then add the deep fried vadas & serve with roti.
