Ingredients For Stuffed Tamatar Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Prepare the tomatoes by hollowing out the pulp.
  • 2. Heat oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, red chilli powder and fry.
  • 3. Add garam masala, black salt, salt and dry mango powder to the mashed potatoes and fry for 2 minutes while stirring the spices. Stuffing is ready.
  • 4. Stuff the tomatoes.
  • 5. To fry the stuffed tomatoes, add 4 teaspoons of oil and salt in the pan and mix. Fry the tomatoes on low flame for 15 minutes until they become soft.
  • 6. Prepare paste of tomato, cashew nuts, green chillies, ginger and spleen.
  • 7. For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fennel, asafoetida and fry.
  • 8. Add tomato, green chilli, ginger, cashew nuts, spleen paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, sugar powder, mawa and fry till the gravy releases oil.
  • 9. Add 1 cup water, salt and green coriander in the gravy and mix. Fry the gravy on low flame for 10 minutes. Add stuffed tomatoes in gravy and mix.
  • 10. Delicious stuffed tomatoes garnished with cheese and green coriander and served with paratha, naan or rice.
