Ingredients For Veggie Loaded Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a wok heat oil. Add mustard seeds and urad dal. Saute for few seconds. Add green chilli, curry leaves and chopped onion. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 2. Add carrot, peas and capsicum. Cook on medium heat till vegetables become soft.
  • 3. Add black pepper powder , cumin powder , salt and suji . Mix it well. Roast the suji with vegetables.
  • 4. Add hot water . Carefully mix it. Stir continuously other wise lump will form.
  • 5. Add lemon juice , peanuts and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a serving bowl. Serve hot.
