Its an awesome tea time snack recipe or you can serve it as a starter also in kitty parties.I made this with wheat flour and for giving a crispy texture i used little bit of refine flour.....you can made this with your choice with any flour.

Ingredients For Wheat Flour Potato Roll Samosa Recipe;'

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take all ingredients of flour and by gradually adding water knead a semi-stiff dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add choppion onion,ginger-garlic paste and salt,mix well and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Now add boiled potato,spices and mix nicely.
  • 5. Finally add chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix well and allow it to cool down completely.
  • 6. Now divide the dough in equal portions of balls and make chapati of it and cut the wide stripes of chapati.....you will get three wide strips from one chapati.
  • 7. Divide potato mixture in equal portions,give a cylindrical shape to the potato mixture and place it on the one edge of prepared chapati strips and roll this to the other edges and stick the edges with the help of slurry made with refined flour and water.
  • 8. Make all the Potato Roll Samosa with the same process.
  • 9. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the Potato Roll Samosa on low flame until it becomes crispy and golden.
  • 10. Wheat Flour Potato Roll Samosa are ready to served with desired dip or tomato sauce.
