Ingredients For Bhindi Curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds, hing, bayleaf and green chilly and let them crackle.
  • 3. Now add chopped bhindi,onion and tomato abd saute them for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add salt, ginger-garlic paste and all spices, mix well and 1/4 cup water also and cook for 3-4 minutes until spices releases its oil.
  • 5. Finally add water as required and cook for more 2-3 minutes.
  • 6. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the gas flame.
  • 7. Bhindi Curry is ready to serve.
