1.
In a bowl mix yeast, sugar and luke warm water and mix it well and keep it for 10 minutes.

In another bowl add all remaining ingredients and start kneading dough and then add yeast mixture slowly and knead a smooth dough.

Keep it for 30 minutes in a covered bowl.

Then divide into 4 equal portions.
5.
Roll into round shape and then make traingle by folding corners.
6.
Fill in centre with first achari masala, then grated mozerrala cheese, cheese spread and top it with onion, capsicum and paneer, then pinch sides and make a parcel.
7.
Sprinkle mix herbs on top.
8.
Do this for all and then proof it for 30 minutes in baking tray with butter paper.
9.
Then bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes @190.c.
