Ingredients For Dal pitta tikka recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all knead the flour and make dough of roti.
  • 2. Then grind the soaked chana daal adding corainder leaves,garlic, pepper,salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
  • 3. Now add salt, green chilli paste and mix it well.
  • 4. Now make medium size roti, put the dal stuffing and fold it.
  • 5. Stick the sides properly. Now put this pitta into boiling water n boil until pitta comes above the water.
  • 6. Now take out this from water n cool it.
  • 7. Now cut this into pices. Prepare the marination.
  • 8. Take lemon juice, add chat masala, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, black salt.
  • 9. Mix it well, now add this cut pitta into the marination.
  • 10. Take mustard oil, add hing, cumin seeds, tomato puree and saute for a while.
  • 11. Now put the marinated pitta piceces and mix it well, also put the leftover masalas.
  • 12. Add salt and cook for a while. Once cooked arrange this pitta in a sticks n serve.
