Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds. Let it splutter. Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Cook for some time.
  • 2. Add chopped onion. Cook well. Add tomatoes and capsicum.
  • 3. Cook well. Add spices. Stir well.
  • 4. Add water. Bring to a boil. Add roasted dalia.
  • 5. Cook khichdi on low flame till it gets a little dry.
  • 6. Garnish with freshly chopped green coriander leaves. Serve hot.
